Dr. Ajay Potluri:
Dr. Potluri has been practicing dentistry since 1992. After graduating from UBC, he started his first practice “My Dentists @ Boundary Park” with his wife Dr.Madhvi Potluri, also a dentist. His keen interest in gaining knowledge makes him one of the leading dentists in the lower mainland. Dr. Potluri has been teaching 'Guided Surgery and dental implants' for NobelBiocare, one of the foremost dental implant companies in the world. He lectures around Canada on Nobelguide implant technique. His passion in CAD-CAM dentistry and Laser assisted dentistry made 'Mydentist Group' one of the few group practices in Canada to have 3 CEREC CAD-CAM milling machines and various dental lasers.
Through his work ethic and with the support of his wife, he has built two other dental practices “My Dentist Morgan Creek” and “My Dentist Columbia Square". Ajay is known by his peers as an electronic geek. His passion for the latest gadgets keeps the office ahead in every aspect. The current state of the art equipment and the latest computer software allows his dental team to provide the best possible care for his patients. When not working, Ajay is busy travelling or making plans for the next trip. |

Dr. Madhvi Potluri:
Madhvi has been practicing dentistry for the last 18 years. She has taken countless hours of continuing dental education to further her knowledge. She is part of various study clubs in lower mainland. While she enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, her main interests are Endodontics, Oral and Periodontal Surgery. She is the back bone of all three dental practices. Along with practicing dentistry, she manages all the office logistics, everything from the human resources to staff management. She has molded each one of the dental practices into well-functioning dental teams. She is known to be extremely gentle and empathetic by her patients and understanding, caring and considerate by her staff. She has genuine concern for all her patients and will go through great lengths to explain dental procedures before initiating treatment. She is an avid reader, spends her summers in her garden, winters cooking and entertaining. |

Dr. Melissa Chui:
Dr. Chui joined the 'My Dentist' family in 2007, but her friendship with the Potluris started many years ago when she and Ajay used to play Jeopardy online while studying at UBC. Dr. Chui obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from McGill University and then spent a year travelling before entering dentistry at UBC. Upon graduation, she went to the University of Michigan and completed a two year Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate. She is passionate about patient education and believes a big part of a dentist’s job is to educate patients about oral health so that they can make well-informed decisions. During her spare time, Dr. Chui loves spending time with her husband and two young daughters. On the weekends they try to stay active by going for bike rides, playing at the park, or swimming. She also loves to travel, shop, and watch Jeopardy. |

Dr. Gurpreet Sidhu:
Dr. Sidhu graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy and completed his undergraduate degrees in Psycology and Microbiology from UBC. He continues to take an avid interest in continuing education and has expertise ranging from sedation, TMJ therapy, Invisialign, Implants to smile design. In his personal life he enjoys freelance photography and maintaining an active lifestyle playing sports. He has travelled to a number of places around the world and has an appreciation of cultures from all walks of life. |

Dr. Rowena Sooch:
Dr. Sooch is a 2002 dentistry graduate from the University of Manitoba. With her ultimate goal to serve in healthcare, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia in Speech Sciences. Dr. Sooch takes a comprehensive approach to dentistry and feels that oral health is an integral piece in the overall health puzzle. She is involved in several study clubs and believes that continuous learning is essential to providing thorough, up to date, and responsible care. Personally, she has a love for the arts, psychology, children, and adventure. Her interest in spending time in nature, with family and friends, and in outdoor activities makes Vancouver the perfect home for her. |
